If the product you received are with mistakes which caused by us, we will remake the order and ship to you with totally free charge. However, it may exists a little deviation between 1 to 3 centimeters on hand sewing and slight color inconsistencies will not be considered defects either.

1.Q: Will I have to supply my own artwork or can you design it for me?
A: It's best if you can supply your artwork, for all our patches are customized. However, if not, our in-house designer can make it as your requirements.
2. Q:Which port for delivery?
A: Mainly Hong Kong or Shenzhen, or other domestic place will be fine too.
3. Q:Order not received?
A:Please contact us if you have not received your cargos within following days.
4.Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A:Our MOQ is 10 pieces there are more than 48 colors for your choice. We are glad to make customized samples for you to test quality before bulk order.
5.Q: Can I put my design logo on the items?
A:Sure, we can print the logo by heat transfer, silk-screen printing, silicone gel etc. Please sent us your logo of PDF format in advance.
