03 - Digital Printing (Digital Printing)
The designed patterns are printed onto special transfer paper using a digital printer. This step is to prepare for the subsequent heat transfer process.
04 - Sublimation Printing (Heat Sublimation Transfer)
The already printed transfer paper is combined with the fabric and passed through a high-temperature press machine for heat sublimation. The ink penetrates into the fabric fibers, achieving a permanent bond between the pattern and the fabric. The pattern will not come off or fade.
05 - Laser Cutting (Laser Cutting)
Using a laser cutting machine, the already printed fabric is precisely cut according to the template to ensure that the size of each component is accurate and the edges are neat.
06 - Sewing & Stitching (Sewing and Stitching)
The cut-out fabric pieces enter the sewing process, where they are sewn by professionals to combine various parts into a complete garment.
07 - Packing (Packaging)
After the completed garments have passed quality inspection, they are folded, sorted, and packed for shipment.
08 - Shipping (Delivery)
The packaged goods are sent out through the logistics company and delivered to the customers, completing the entire process.
